The Founder and Principal of this firm is Norma T. Nemer. She was admitted in 1994 and has practised in many areas from general advice to litigation. She is admitted into the High Court, Federal Court, Supreme Court and other courts in South Australia. She has been involved in a number of very high profile cases that have been heard in the High Court in areas of torts and economic loss; contracts and the ability of the courts to rewrite the same; and a number of her cases have had influence in changing industrial legislation. Her experience has been widespread and as such, prides herself in her ability to provide clients with an overall approach.

Her client base has included national and international companies and businesses, as well as banks, insurance companies, universities, not for profit organisations, religious bodies, as well as private and individual clients.
Norma has worked with a number of national and international industry bodies and organisations in terms of advising the industry and their members. The firm has also been engaged to provide a series of lectures in Hong Kong, over a number of years for accounting, economic and international business organisations in areas such as Contract Law and Corporations Law.
International Accreditation & Memberships
Norma has written a number of courses including a Corporations and Contract course for use at Masters Level at University level and a Property Law Course. Norma is also an internationally accredited Trust and Estate Practitioner and practises in wills, estate and probate matters.
She is a member of the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioner, the Law Society of South Australia, the Law Council of Australia and the Women’s Lawyers Association of SA Inc and is a member of the Law Society of South Australia Succession Law Committee.. She has worked on numerous not for profit and charitable boards. She speaks English, Lebanese and has a significant understanding of French both written and spoken.
